I usually hop on after work, and it hasn’t bothered my back or wrists at all, which was a nice surprise. Setup was easy too, and my small win is that I’ve actually stuck with using it more consistently than I expected. The app connected to my phone right away and I didn’t run into any issues. Just a heads up for anyone trying it, make sure your Bluetooth is on and your phone is nearby, but for me it worked smoothly.

It’s not terrible, but I definitely expected better.

I do think if a fitness site is offering programs to people with different goals and experience levels, it’s only fair to provide a bit more variety. There are some solid options, but I expected more plans for different needs. Overall, it’s not bad, just kind of average for me.

A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to click around more than I should have just to find basic setup info. It works fine once you get the hang of it, but the whole experience didn’t really match the promise of being quick and easy

I’ve been using this for a little while now, and overall it does what I hoped it would. The lower setting is nice when you want something gentle, and the highest one is actually strong enough to feel useful, which isn’t always the case with these. I did have to mess with the settings a bit to find what felt right, and I noticed the middle levels don’t feel quite as smooth or evenly spaced as I expected. It’s also a little on the loud side, but not enough to make me stop using it.
